The hotel staff is helpful. the hotel provides free coffee, tea and sparkling water during the day in the lobby. It is a nice touch. the location is perfect. It is within walking distance to the beach and in the heart of the city.

clean room complimentary lemonade attentive receptionists
my stay included a superior double room, quite clean. i appreciated the complimentary lemonade at check-in (a nice touch after traveling). the dining area was clean and offered a good breakfast each morning. the receptionists were very attentive and helpful.
the room lacked soundproofing and i could hear hallway noise, including doors closing and neighbors' conversations when they spoke loudly.

coffee, tea and water were accessible near the reception 24/7. luggage storage was also a convenient service. this availability of refreshments and storage added value to my stay.

hotel decor refillable water bottle great breakfast breakfast buffet
The hotel decor had nice touches, and complimentary coffee was available. I also appreciated the provision of a beach bag, towels, and refillable water bottle. The customer service was EXCELLENT. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety (i liked it).
My room did not include a kettle to make hot drinks. It was advertised in the pictures (on the website) but wasn't actually in the room.
